RETURNS
Damaged or defective products: Any damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) at 1-866-458-LITE. In the event that you would like to return the item(s) to The Holiday Light Store, you must first contact us for authorization. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
SHIPPING
All items are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All item(s) purchased online will be supplied at the cost shown when the order is placed. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping. If a item(s) is marked as "Freight Only" The Holiday Light Store will contact the customer for a shipping quote if needed before the product(s) are shipped. Allow 24-48 hours for order processing after order is received. If order(s) are requested for quick shipping, (any shipping outside of Ground Shipments) customer must call the Holiday Light Store to confirm shipping time available.
